me: You don't have to buy anything for me anymore. You are going to buy me a house, remember?
em: Ya.
me: I paid $10 (for BTO application), the rest you pay. Right?
em: Ya.

em: Actually, I wanted to check with you. We'd better make clear how to pay the deposit.
me: Mm.
em: Half-half or I pay the $2000 first?
me: Hmm, no lah, I will pay $1000; you pay $1000.
em: Are you sure?
